WhatsApp Chat Widget
Add a floating WhatsApp chat button to any website. When visitors click it, a popup form collects their name, email, and message — then redirects them straight to a WhatsApp conversation with you.
How It Works
- Go to Tools > Chat Widget in your dashboard
- Create a widget — enter your WhatsApp number and customize the appearance
- Copy the embed code — a single
<script>tag - Paste it into your website's HTML (before
</body>)
That's it. The widget appears as a floating WhatsApp button on your site.

What Gets Captured
Every form submission records:
- Visitor name, email, phone (based on your settings)
- Their message
- Page URL where they submitted
- Referrer and timestamp
View all captured leads in Tools > Chat Widget > Messages, or export them as CSV.

Create short, trackable links that open a WhatsApp conversation with a pre-filled message. Perfect for social media, email campaigns, print materials, or QR codes.
How It Works
- Go to Tools > Short URLs in your dashboard
- Create a link — enter your WhatsApp number, choose a custom slug, and set a message template
- Share the link —

When someone clicks the link, they're redirected to WhatsApp with your pre-filled message.

Message Template Placeholders
Use these placeholders in your message template — they get replaced when the link is clicked:
